This is the worst experience here Ac was not working from three days with 43 degree out side because of that facing health issues of dry throat and cough. Maintenance don’t even look at it from three day.

We’ve had a really positive experience living at Greenhouse Apartments. I’ve seen some reviews mentioning pest issues, but in our experience we haven’t had any problems at all—even though our unit is located close to the dumpster area. One thing we really appreciate is that the rent is very economical compared to many other places, which makes it a great option for families. The community also feels family-friendly and comfortable. Nicole has been amazing to work with. She’s helpful, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents, which makes a big difference. Overall, we’ve been very happy living here and appreciate the value and the supportive management.

Absolutely HORRIBLE property, management, everything!! Shower pressure is terrible, no hot water, oven smokes when you try to use it... Cockroach-infested, they tow your car even when you're moving in and THEY DON'T CARE. VERY unwilling to work with their residents, even when you're just moving in. Homeless people sleep on the stairs and don't move when you need to pass by... Very unsafe. STAY AWAY!!!!

Terrible place to live they scammed me when I first moved in to the building. I was in 301 and they told me there was no cockroaches. They lied there are cockroaches everywhere. Several times I’ve paid more than my rent owed but they never put the money towards the next month they just pocket it. I signed an agreement for my rent to be paid I paid over the advised amount and they just pocketed the money. Trifecta real estate! Is a terrible company to work with I strongly suggest a different company. Jarrica is the front runner I don’t think all of responsibility lays on her hat but Jarrica, is by far the one not following through on her end. DO NOT ASSOCIATE WITH TRIFECTA REAL ESTATE OR GREENHOUSE APARTMENTS! Plus they tow your car even if you live at the residence. And they change companies constantly which requires you to go buy more. They just changed the towing company for the 3rd time in 8 months. I have paid for 3 extra parking passes now Jarrica says if you don’t have a receipt they won’t honor it. So that’s over 200 bucks I’ve paid in parking passes and they always take my cash in the office. Jarrica is the worst thing at Greenhouse. She refuses to help her residents. I h
